Natalie Steen, NTP

Natalie Steen is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), trained and certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

As a Nutritional Therapist, Natalie is trained to identify deficiencies and imbalances by addressing the six biochemical foundations in the body.  Each client is unique, and proper nourishment can look very different from person to person.  Nutritional Therapy is based on bio-individuality, rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.  This functional nutrition concept allows for true healing to take place.

Natalie works in partnership with Naturopathic Physicians and with her clients, keeping them motivated and on track.  With her clients individual goals in mind, she uses a holistic, real-food based approach to overcoming health issues and achieving optimal functioning & wellness.

Working within the scope of Nutritional Therapy, Natalie uses specific diets and programs for health conditions such as diabetes, weight loss, food sensitivities, SIBO, gastrointestinal pain, inflammation, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, adrenal fatigue, arthritis, and many others.

Therapeutic diets are embraced for many chronic health conditions.  Some of these therapeutic diets include: Autoimmune Paleo (AIP), Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD), Ketogenic Diet, Paleo Diet, low FODMAPS diet, Gluten Free & Dairy Free diets, etc.

Natalie is here to help you achieve your health goals in a supportive & nourishing way!
