Vigor Natural Health Clinic is currently taking new patients, with appointments typically available within 1-3 weeks. If you are interested in making a new patient appointment please read the information below for a few notes on becoming a new patient.
It is recommended that you reach out to your insurance carrier to inquire about coverage for care provided by a Naturopathic Physician, as not all plans cover this type of care. Vigor Natural Health Clinic does not pre-check benefits.
Vigor Natural Health is not able to bill Medicare, Tricare, HealthShare plans, or any plan our clinic is not contracted with, please see a list of the current insurance carriers we are contracted with. If you do not have insurance, a discount of 15% is applied to all cash pay visits (payment is due at the time of service).
It is important that you provide our clinic with any and all insurance policy information held by the patient. Incomplete insurance reporting can cause major delays in reimbursement and can result in balances due, please provide us with the policy ID #, Group #, Policy holder name, policy holder DOB, and Policy holder relation to patient ie: parent, spouse, etc. for primary and secondary policies held by the patient you wish to schedule.
